Our Founder, Roger Pengelley
With over 30 years of leadership experience across banking and finance, mining and heavy industry, Roger Pengelley has successfully led teams ranging from a single employee to several hundred people.
His extensive leadership journey has equipped him with a deep understanding of team dynamics, cultural transformation, and high-performance execution. Passionate about developing future leaders, Roger shares real-world insights, tools, and techniques to fast-track leadership success.
As part of a senior management team, he played an important role in transforming an underperforming workforce of 750 people into a high-performance team that achieved industry leading safety performance and exceeded production targets for over a decade.
Recognised for his contributions beyond the workplace, Roger has received two Australia Day Awards and had the honour of running the Olympic Torch at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
